Typical fee range: $10,500 to $12,000
My fee is 1.5% of the purchase price or $10,500 + GST, whichever is greater. This covers the full service from property search through to settlement, including market research, due diligence, negotiation and bidding at auction. There are no hidden costs and no surprises, you know exactly what you're paying upfront before we start. 30% of the fee is payable upon engagement, with the balance due once the contract goes unconditional.
