Solva respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

From buyers: your name, email, phone number and the search details you provide in the intake form, including locations, budget, property type, purpose and timeline. From agents: business and contact details, licensing and professional body information, experience, references and fee structure.

Why we collect it

We use buyer information solely to match you with relevant buyer’s agents and to contact you about that match. We use agent information to vet applications, operate agent accounts and process commission invoicing.

Who we share it with

Buyer details are shared only with the specific buyer’s agents we match you to. We never sell personal information. We use trusted service providers, including Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments and Resend for email, who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

How we protect it

Data is stored in secured, access-controlled databases with row-level security. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the platform.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Email hello@solvaproperty.com.au and we will action your request and confirm once complete.
