Why Solva exists
Buying property is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, yet finding a buyer’s agent you can trust is needlessly hard. There is no objective standard, no simple way to compare specialists, and plenty of agents who will take any client regardless of fit.
We vet every agent against objective criteria: years active, recent engagement volume, professional body membership, a clean licensing record and two reference checks. The agents who do not meet the bar are declined. That rejection rate is the point. Buyers can trust Solva because Solva is willing to say no.
We are free for buyers and always will be. Buyer’s agents pay a referral commission only when they sign a new client sourced through the platform, which keeps our incentive aligned with matching buyers to the right specialist.

What we stand for
Vetting over volume
We reject 30 to 40 percent of agent applications. A smaller, genuinely qualified network is worth more to buyers than a long list.
Match on fit, not fees
Agents are matched to buyers on specialty, location and track record. Featured placement never overrides a genuine specialty match.
Free for buyers, always
Buyers never pay Solva. Agents pay a referral commission only when they sign a client, which keeps our incentive aligned with matching well.
Honest by default
No fake scarcity, no inflated numbers, no dark patterns. If a buyer is better off not using an agent, our guides say so plainly.
Who runs Solva
Solva is an independent Australian business, a registered business name with an ABN registered with ASIC. It is run by a small team focused on one thing: matching buyers with the right specialist. We are not owned by a franchise group, a brokerage or a portal, which is what lets us stay genuinely impartial.
