My fee ranges from $14,000 to $16,000 plus GST, depending on the scope of the search, location, budget, and level of service required. To align our interests and demonstrate my commitment to securing the right property, my fee is structured as follows: • 50% of the fee plus GST is payable upon engagement as a retainer. • The remaining 50% plus GST is only payable once a property is secured and the contract becomes unconditional. This means a significant portion of my fee is linked to achieving a successful outcome for you. My service includes property sourcing, market research, due diligence, inspections, value assessments, negotiation, auction bidding (if required), and guidance throughout the entire purchasing process. My goal is simple: to help you purchase the right property at the right price while avoiding costly mistakes along the way.
